Question: I make hand made feathery golf balls like they did in the1700's, with true rawhide stuffed with goose down fea?

There was a company about 10 years ago that made them, and didn't sell many as the cost involved in making them resulted in a high cost. The same reason golf was originally viewed as a rich man's game, as the high cost of producing balls and regular need of replacement kept the average man from taking up the sport. Today the market would be even smaller and less viable.
